UTILIZAÇÃO DE GRÃOS DE MILHO E SOJA NA NUTRIÇÃO DE BOVINOS, SUINOS E AVES

Abstract

O Brasil é reconhecido como um grande produtor de grãos, sendo os principais destaques, as produções de milho e soja. Essa produção está diretamente associada à produção animal, haja visto o desenvolvimento pecuário no país e o alto consumo de grãos na nutrição desses animais. Em todos os segmentos da produção animal visa – se estabelecer a necessidade da categoria de interesse, e assim fornecer a relação correta de cada ingrediente. Diante disso, tem – se o milho como principal componente da dieta, em termos de requerimento de energia, e a soja em termos de requerimento de proteína. Sabe –se o quanto a nutrição onera em um sistema de produção animal, seja para ruminantes ou monogástricos; e o valor desses grãos amplamente utilizados, como o milho e a soja, implicam diretamente no custo final dessa produção. Objetiva – se, portanto, com esse trabalho, discutir essa ampla utilização de grãos, mais especificamente do milho e da soja, na produção animal no Brasil. _______________________________________________________________________________Abstract Brazil is recognized as a major producer of grain, being the main highlights, corn and soybean production. This production is directly associated with livestock production, there is seen livestock development in the country and the high consumption of grains in nutrition of these animals. In all segments of animal production aims - to establish the need for the category of interest, and thus provide the correct ratio of each ingredient. Therefore, it has - corn as the main component of the diet in terms of energy requirement and in terms of soy protein requirement. It is known how much nutrition is levied on an animal production system, either for ruminants or monogastric; and the value of grain widely used, such as corn and soybeans, require about the final cost of this production. Objective - is therefore to this work, discuss this broad use of grains, specifically corn and soybeans in animal production in Brazil.
