A IMPORTÂNCIA DA LEITURA NA PERSPECTIVA DOS GÊNEROS TEXTUAIS

Abstract

Desde o início da alfabetização, a iniciação literária incentiva a criança a aguçar o prazer pela leitura, o que favorece para o enriquecimento do vocabulário no decorrer de sua vida estudantil. No âmbito escolar, a experiência com a leitura, permite a criança romper os horizontes e ampliar o conhecimento do mundo. Este processo auxilia no desenvolvimento cognitivo, nas interpretações e atribuições do sentido, fazendo com que o leitor se torne crítico e reflexivo. A escolha do livro é um importante aliado na formação do leitor, outro fator importante que se deve observar é a expectativa que este livro desperta no individuo. Com base neste pressuposto, o presente artigo objetiva apresentar a importância da leitura no cotidiano e no processo de produção de texto. _________________________________________ABSTRACT: From the beginning of literacy, literary initiation encourages the child to sharpen the pleasure of reading, which favors the enrichment of vocabulary during the course of his student life. In the school environment, the experience with reading allows the child to break the horizons and broaden the knowledge of the world. This process aids in cognitive development, interpretations and attributions of meaning, making the reader become critical and reflective. The choice of the book is an important ally in the formation of the reader, another important factor to be observed is the expectation that this book awakens in the individual. Based on this assumption, the present article aims to present the importance of reading in daily life and in the process of text production.
