APLICAÇÕES MATEMÁTICAS NA PRODUÇÃO E COMERCIALIZAÇÃO DE CACHAÇA ARTESANAL NO POVOADO CHAPADA (MUNICÍPIO DE NOVA ROMA DE GOIÁS)

Abstract

Este artigo destaca a importância da Matemática a partir de suas abstrações como uma ciência aplicada despontando a sua importância aos aspirantes a estudantes desta ciência. Destaca-se neste estudo que o Cálculo Diferencial Integral pode estar presente não somente no ensino formal e teórico, mas na prática, em atividades cotidianas, como no caso desta pesquisa, no processo de fabricação da cachaça artesanal. São apresentadas análises de aplicações das funções marginais Custo (Cx), Receita (Rx) e Lucro (Lx) em atividades voltadas para a Agricultura Familiar. O público alvo foram produtores sitiados no Povoado Chapada, município de Nova Roma Goiás, mais especificamente no Alambique Curió instalado na região há 32 anos. Foram utilizadas planilhas eletrônicas para facilitar os cálculos das funções marginais e ao final apresentar ao produtor as taxas de variação para a produção de 1 (uma) unidade adicional da bebida. ________________________________________________________________________________________This article highlights the importance of Mathematics from its abstractions as an applied science highlighting its importance to aspiring students of this science. In this study, the Integral Differential Calculus may be present not only in formal and theoretical teaching, but in practice, in daily activities, as in the case of this research, in the process of manufacturing artisanal sugarcane liquor. Analysis of applications of the marginal functions Cost (Cx), Revenue (Rx) and Profit (Lx) in activities related to Family Agriculture are presented. The target audience were beleaguered producers in village Chapada, municipality of Nova Roma Goiás, more specifically in the Bullfinch Alembic installed in the region for 32 years. Spreadsheets were used to facilitate calculations of marginal functions and at the end to present to the producer the variation rates for the production of one (1) additional unit of the beverage.
