DESENVOLVIMENTO E IMPORTANCIA DAS COLHEDORAS DE SOJA

Abstract

A soja é a principal commodite brasileira para exportação, o desenvolvimento de máquinas que facilitem as atividades de plantio, tratos culturais e colheita são objetivo das principais indústrias de equipamentos agrícolas. Neste sentido, a AGCO Corporation e a CNH Industrial detêm as principais marcas de colhedoras no mundo e no Brasil, como a John Deere, Massey Feruson, Valtra, New Holland, Case, Iveco, entre outras. A presente revisão apresenta aspectos técnicos das duas principais colhedoras no mercado brasileiro, que são a John Deere e a New Holland, são apresentados os tipos de colheita de soja, os sistemas para o processamento da colheita, como os sistemas de corte e transporte, incluindo os tipos de plataformas para colheita, sistemas de trilha, sistemas separação e limpeza, sistemas de armazenamento do grão até o transbordo. Além de uma análise das perdas quantitativa e qualitativa destas colhedeiras. Considerando as revisões realizadas nesse trabalho, concluímos que o sistema de trilha axial tem a capacidade e um desenvolvimento superior ao sistema tangencial, devido a sua capacidade de recepção e tratamento do material inserido na máquina, e a força com que é realizado o atrito para a realização da separação dos grãos. Observou-se que o sistema de duplo rotores apresentam uma maior facilidade de processamento, evitando assim o alto índice de perdas por quebras ou trincas, além de reduzir a perda da qualidade fisiológica do grão na hora da trilha. ______________________________________________________ Soybean is the main Brazilian commodity for export, the development of machines that facilitate the activities of planting, cultivation and harvesting are the objective of the main agricultural equipment industries. The present review presents technical aspects of the two main harvesters in the Brazilian market, which are John Deere and New Holland, are presented the types of soybean harvesting, the systems for the harvesting process, as the systems of cut and transport, including harvesting platform types, trail systems, separation and cleaning systems, grain storage systems to transhipment.
