UM MODELO DE CARACTERÍSTICAS PRELIMINAR PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS DE SOFTWARE INCLUSIVOS

Abstract

O conhecimento atual sobre sistemas de software inclusivo está bastante fragmentado. Muitos trabalhos reportados na literatura propõem software similares, com pequenas variações entre si. Outros por sua vez, propõem software concorrentes, isto é, abordam a mesma deficiência, mas de modo diferente. Portanto, é essencial juntar todo esse conhecimento em um modelo de características genérico, que represente os requisitos comuns e variáveis de acordo com cada deficiência. Assim, neste trabalho realizamos um levantamento bibliográfico visando reunir informações necessárias a construção desse modelo de características. Espera-se que esse modelo possa ser utilizado na construção de sistemas de software inclusivo.______________________________________________________________. Current knowledge about inclusive software systems is quite fragmented. Many works reported in the literature propose similar software, with slight variations among themselves. Others, in turn, propose competing software, which address the same deficiency, but differently. Therefore, it is essential to combine all of this knowledge into a generic characteristic model that represents common requirements and variables according to each deficiency. Thus, in this work we conducted a bibliographic survey aiming to gather information necessary to build this model of characteristics. It is hoped that this model can be used in building inclusive software systems.
