O ENSINO DE LÍNGUA PORTUGUESA PARA ALUNOS SURDOS DO 1º ANO DO ENSINO MÉDIO REGULAR EM UM COLÉGIO PÚBLICO DA CIDADE DE POSSE- GOIÁS

Abstract

É sabido que a inclusão do aluno surdo no ensino regular foi aprovado pela Lei número 10.436 (Brasil, 2002), e regulamentado pelo Decreto número 5.626 (Brasil, 2005). Porém a inclusão gera a exclusão, os alunos surdos não possuem competências linguísticas que um falante nativo da língua possui. Para eles a Libras é um recurso indispensável para a comunicação, e para o processo ensino-aprendizagem. Não compreendem na Língua Portuguesa os elementos conectivos dos discursos e a semântica de várias palavras, onde a maioria dos morfemas não tem significação nenhuma no seu eixo vocabular. Geram-se dicotomias: inclusão x exclusão, deficiência x diferença. Os alunos com deficiência auditiva não estão aprendendo a Língua Portuguesa no Ensino Médio regular com eficácia, sua capacidade Linguística não é valorizada, nem respeitada. __________________________________________________________________________ABSTRACT Inclusion of deaf students in regular schools was approved by Law No. 10,436(Brazil, 2002) and regulated by Decree number 5626 (Brazil, 2005). But the inclusion generates exclusion, deaf students do not have language skills that a native speaker of the language features. For them the Pounds is an indispensable resource for communication, and for the teachinglearning process. They do not understand the Portuguese language elements and semantics of discourse connectives of several words, where the majority of morphemes has no meaning on its axis vocabulary. It generates dichotomies: x inclusion exclusion, disability x difference. Students with hearing loss are not learning the Portuguese language in high school with regular efficacy, linguistic ability is not valued or respected.
