SISTEMA CONSELHO TUTELAR OCORRÊNCIAS (SCTO)

Abstract

Este documento é parte integrante do projeto SCTO – Sistema Conselho Tutelar Ocorrências. Ele documenta os requisitos e regras de negócio identificadas pelo desenvolvedor na análise de domínio do negócio. Para isso, foram utilizadas as seguintes técnicas de coleta de dados: entrevista e análise de documentos. Propõe-se com este trabalho desenvolver um sistema WEB que será implantado no Conselho Tutelar dos municípios de Alvorada do Norte e Posse, ambos em Goiás. O sistema será desenvolvido com base nos requisitos e regras de negócio identificadas pelo desenvolvedor. Ele permitirá aos Conselheiros Tutelares atuarem de forma mais rápida, eficiente e segura, com vistas à garantia dos direitos fundamentais assegurados pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (Lei 8069, de 13 de julho de 1990). Portanto, espera-se com a realização desse projeto melhorar a qualidade dos serviços prestados pelo Conselho Tutelar às crianças e adolescentes dos dois municípios.______________________________________________________________________Abstract This document is an integral part of the SCOT project-Dcfs System Occurrences. He documents the business rules and requirements identified by the developer in the business domain analysis. For this, we used the following data collection techniques: interview and analysis of documents. This work is proposed to develop a WEB system that will be deployed in the child protective services in the municipalities of Alvorada do Norte and Possession, both in Goiás. The system will be developed based on the requirements and business rules identified by the developer. It will enable the Tutelary Advisors work more quickly, efficiently and safely, with a view to guaranteeing the fundamental rights secured by the Statute of the child and adolescent (Law 8069 of July 13, 1990). So, with this project to improve the quality of services provided by child protective services to children and teenagers of the two municipalities.
